Hear Channeling Owen's
song Scared of Me on Dawson's Creek, Wednesday
January 12th (in the tent scene).
311 to cover Wu Tang. CDNOW Allstar News reports that the Nebraska-born band 311 will record a version of Wu Tang Clan's "Method Man," off Enter the Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers. The song will be included in a future compilation called Loud Rocks, which will feature a variety of artists performing their own interpretations of songs from the Loud Records catalog. 311 singer Nick Hexum says the song will be more hip-hop in style than their usual rock-funk fare, and the tune will be recorded in drummer Chad Sexton's home studio in L.A.
Something new from THE CURE On February 14th, The Cure will give its fans Bloodflowers for Valentine's Day. According to New Music Express, this blooming bouquet of new songs is the final element in a trilogy which includes 1982's LP Pornography and 1989's Disintegration.
